ਡਾ. ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਅਰਬਨ ਅਸਟੇਟ, ਬਾਬਾ ਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਗਰ, ਫਰੈਂਡਜ ਕਲੋਨੀ, ਕੋਹਿਨੂਰ ਐਨਕਲੇਵ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਜਬਾਗ ਕਲੋਨੀ ਵਰਗੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਦੇ ਪੱਕੇ ਹੱਲ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਯੋਜਨਾਬੱਧ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਸਾਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵੱਡੀ ਰਾਹਤ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ ।

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ (Deputy Commissioner) ਡਾ. ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ, ਡਰੇਨੇਜ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ । ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬਰਸਾਤੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਨਿਕਾਸੀ ਲਈ ਜੰਗੀ ਪੱਧਰ ’ਤੇ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ ।

ਕੌਣ ਹਨ ਤਿੰਨੋਂ ਜਣੇੇ

ਪੁਲਸ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਪਿੰਡ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ (45), ਨਰਸਿੰਘ ਪਾਲ (59) ਅਤੇ ਰੰਜੀਤ (35) ਇਕੱਠੇ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਪੀ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ । ਕੁਝ ਦੇਰ ਬਾਅਦ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਵਿਗੜਨ ਲੱਗੀ । ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲਿਜਾਣ ‘ਤੇ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਨਰਸਿੰਘ ਪਾਲ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਰੰਜੀਤ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ।

ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਅਗਲੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਜਿਥੇ 9 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਤੱਕ ਟਾਲ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ `ਤੇ ਰੋਕ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੂੰ `ਨੋਟਿਸ ਆਫ਼ ਮੋਸ਼ਨ`ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਤਲਬ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ । ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਯੋਗਰਾਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਲੋੜ ਪਵੇਗੀ, ਉਹ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰਨਗੇ ।
